Store policies

A little about my work and store policies-

Each piece is handmade in my Somerville, MA studio, using sterling and argentium silver, along with 14k gold fill and karat gold upon request. Every Shepherd's Run item is made by hand, from scratch, and therefore may vary a *little* from the original photograph- that's the beauty of your unique handmade piece. Most pieces are made to order, and will ship within 3-5 days of receiving your paid order. Need it by a specific date? Drop us a line to make sure we can get it there in time! Standard shipping is via USPS ground advantage mail or you can select a different preference during checkout.

RETURN POLICY:

I take great pride in my work and wish you many marvelous adventures whilst wearing your new jewels. If, for some reason, your purchase doesn't work, we'd be happy to work with you to exchange for a different item or provide a store credit for any piece returned unworn and in original condition within 15 days of purchase. Shipping fees can not be credited and new shipping fees for any exchanges will apply. Please email us for a return authorization prior to shipping. All custom work is final sale. Gift cards are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items with the same design if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shepherdsrunjewelry.com and send your item to: 86 Joy Street, #24, Somerville Massachusetts US 02143.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PLEASE package your return securely- we are not liable for receiving/ repairing goods damaged in transit.

Shipping Policies:

Shepherd's Run Jewelry ships worldwide, from our little studio in Somerville, MA.

We ship via the United State Postal Service (USPS) but if you'd prefer another option, feel free to email us and we can accommodate your request if possible.

Shipping is calculated, based on weight and destination, during the checkout process.

Recipient is fully responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred and returns for packages refused for duties owed will not be accepted.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled.
